  1. Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within 5 business days once payment is confirmed.

    • Orders placed on weekends or Spanish public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

    • Mainland Spain: 2–5 business days

    • Balearic Islands: 3–7 business days

    • Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 5–10 business days (customs clearance may apply)

    • European Union countries: 5–10 business days

    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs controls.

    • USA: 2-5 business days 
    • Canada: 2-5 business days
    • Australia: 5-7 business days
    • United Kingdom: 2-3 business days

 

  1. Shipping Costs

    • Calculated at checkout based on delivery address, weight, and dimensions of your order.

    • Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders (see website promotions).

    • Customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes for deliveries outside Spain are the customer’s responsibility.

  2. Tracking & Proof of Delivery

    • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

    • Royal Hairs & Beauty S.L. maintains proof of shipment and delivery.

  3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

    • If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@royalhairs.com

    • Damaged deliveries must be reported within 5 days with photo evidence.

    • We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
