Returns & Refunds Policy

In accordance with European Union law (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights), customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing any reason. Royal Hairs & Beauty S.L. extends this right to 15 business days for more flexibility.

  1. Return Eligibility

    • Items must be returned within 15 business days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

  2. Right of Withdrawal

    • You may exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal by notifying us by email: sales@royalhairs.com

    • A model withdrawal form will be provided upon request, as required by EU law.

  3. How to Initiate a Return

    • Contact our customer service team at sales@royalhairs.com with your order number.

    • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address in Barcelona, Spain.

  4. Return Shipping Costs

    • Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

  5. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm approval by email.

    • Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return), using the original payment method.

  6. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are possible if the requested item is in stock.

    • If the replacement item is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference. If cheaper, we will refund the balance.
